Is the free tier really free?
Yes. Free includes your exposure profile, matched alerts with sources, and API access, with no card needed. We want it to be genuinely useful, not a trial in disguise.
When can I start using SignalCTI?
We’re building now and opening early access first. Join the early-access list and you’ll be among the first teams in.
What do you need from us to get started?
Only the assets you choose to monitor: your domains, IP ranges, tech stack and key suppliers. We don’t need access to your network or endpoints.
Do you work with MSSPs and MDR providers?
Yes. The Enterprise / MSSP plan is multi-tenant, so you can run exposure profiles for every customer from one console. We’re running a partner pilot now — get in touch to join.
Which tools do you integrate with?
We’re building for STIX/TAXII 2.1, Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, Elastic, CrowdStrike, Slack and Microsoft Teams, with an open API on every tier.
Where is our data stored?
SignalCTI is cloud-native. Enterprise and MSSP customers can choose data residency; we’ll publish full details at launch.
